There is a problem all across the state of NH with LE.

My niece was at a party where there was beer. She wasn't drinking which the test showed later. She was underage. When the party was busted up the local cops actually pulled guns on these kids. No one had exhibited behavior to constitute such drastic means.

My sister told me of a young girl taken into custody being told they needed to do a strip search. She said, "Shouldn't there be a female here with me?" They said it was up to their discretion. These three cops had her stand with a spotlight behind her and told her she needed to throw each article of her clothing to them as she undressed.

I know a teenage boy that got caught with a bag of pot. The cops wanted to put one of those ankle things (constant monitoring) on the guy but the Mom refused. These cops then harassed this boy every time they saw him. They would pull up if he was hanging downtown with his friends and say things like, "Your a loser. Your never going to make anything of your life." it took this kid 6 months before he told his Mother. She is the outspoken type and went to the station making enough noise about it and was clear that she would take legal action if it didn't stop. Lucky for them it did stop as it could hace escalated.

ABOUT LIKO -

I have a friend that used to be in LE in the state of Florida. I spoke with him just a few days ago and mentioned Liko and my connection to him.

He said he knew there was more to the story when he first heard about what happened. He said his first thought was, "That cop had this kid on his radar and pushed him too far."

Thank you for your comment.

I agree that police can and often due overstep their authority.. Such as in the case of Liko Kenny and New Hampshire police Abuse.

I wonder if any of our politicains can remember when they where 24 years old..? What about you Governor Lynch?
Tell us about the first time you threw a rotten egg at a police cruiser?

Liko Kenny was a sociopath who had a previous conviction for assault on a juvenile. He also added witness tampering to his assault charges when he threatened to kill said juvenile and his grandmother after his prison term ended, if he testified against him.

Video from a 2003 arrest (by the same officer) also clearly displays Kenney's mental instability.

He murdered an officer in cold blood, leaving his 9 year-old daughter without a father, and all just because he didn't want to get a ticket. Yeah, sounds like "police abuse" to me.

You are scum, Charles. You must be a sociopath just like Kenny, obviously, or your sympathies wouldn't lie with a violent killer with track record of assault, rather than a guy just doing his job and the child Kenny left fatherless when he chose to gun down and repeatedly run over with his car, an honest, hard working police officer.

I hope you rot in hell Charles.

I just finished reading the book called Bad Blood by Casey Sherman. Although it is articulate, the author does skewer his writings towards Mr. Kenney's supporters side of this divided community. One example was the "interpretations" of what must have surely been the officers hateful feelings towards Mr Kenney; I am pretty sure the author didn't get to interview the dead officer while researching this book.

The author only proved, to me, that Mr. Kenney was a sociopath. He predicted his end and he made sure it happened. The officer knew this guy was violent and attempted to stop him with non lethal force. Mr Kenney responded with unlawful lethal force by firearm and his car.

While I am a bit taken aback about Mr. Floyd and his character, I find no doubt if Mr. Floyd didn't intervene, he and probably his son would have been Mr. Kenney's second and third victims.

I am not a LE supporter. I can produce many of my writings of police involved shootings, particularly when the victim was unarmed. There are clearly many who wear the badge that shouldn't and are more of a danger to the public than the criminals.

But once Mr. Kenney fired his gun, he lost whatever legitimacy he "may" have had about police harasment. He also made it more dangerous for the public in police related contacts. They are more apt to point a gun at you instead of shaking your hand. At least in New Hampshire.

The title of this post disturbs me a bit; They weren't Liko Kenney's Mountains (you spelled his last name wrong) they ARE the mountains of the people of the wonderful state of New Hampshire.
